Jul 30, 2020 · Copy the latest "pakchunk0-WindowsNoEditor_*_P.pak" file to the extracted "Borderlands 3 Voice Patcher" folder. Run "Voice Patcher.bat" and select the desired language. When the patching process is complete, copy the resulting file back to the "Borderlands 3\OakGame\Content\Paks" folder.
