KP9 is the true clone of the Russian Vityaz used by Russian special forces, etc., but it also means no bolt hold open, uses proprietary magzine, and comes with heavier trigger. Some say KP9 is more reliable than AKV but mine has 1k rounds not a single failure. Considering the recent KUSA qc issues I'd say proceed with caution.
